Where, when and how it all started?
Our father Theodore, honoring his ancestry from Raxa Trikala, had several amateur vinifications, following the family tradition. It was certain that as children, whose summer had the scent of Afytos (our mother’s ancestry is from it), we inevitably decided to continue his vision of wine making, which inspired the whole family around the blessed vines. Our first vines were planted in 1999, whereas the winery began officially in 2011.
Passion and goals
Our goal is, as far as possible, the impression of the characteristics of the Kassandrian land and climate in a well balanced coexistence with the character of the wine that deeply expresses our vision of it.
Motive and Craft (Skill)
To reach a remarkable result is not enough to be adequately equipped, to have the right stuff and work under ideal conditions.
One needs inspiration, dedication (commitment) and perseverance with a high dose of well meant “craziness” to dare to “tame” and mold in your one way such a fruit versatile as the grape.

Our story is our future
Our father who inspired us to love the cultivation of the land and the dream of creating excellent wine.
Vinification
Up to date vinification methods are used with minimum invasive technics to the natural fermentation keeping in mind the use of excellent quality raw material.
Maturation
Our red wine is kept and matures in French oak barrels for 12 to 24 months, when they are bottled in order to remain there for another two years, where they keep developing in ideal conditions.

Πρώτη φύτευση αμπελώνα
Πρώτη επιλογή μας δε θα μπορούσε να είναι άλλη από τη Μαλαγουζιά που δείχνει εξαρχής με το ιδιαίτερα αρωματικό κρασί της ότι βρίσκεται στο ``σπίτι`` της.
1999
Φύτευση του μεγαλύτερου μέρους του αμπελώνα
Με έμφαση στις ελληνικές ποικιλίες το κοσμοπολίτικο πλέον Ασύρτικο πλαισιώνει την ενισχυμένη κι άλλο Μαλαγουζιά. Το πολυδύναμο Syrah εγκλιματίζεται άμεσα και μας προσφέρει πολύπλοκα κρασιά.
2010
Πρώτη οινοποίηση - εμφιάλωση
Με τη Μαλαγουζιά συστηθήκαμε στον κόσμο του κρασιού επίσημα, καθώς τα προηγούμενα χρόνια είχαν πραγματοποιηθεί ήδη οι απαραίτητες δοκιμές.
2012
Φύτευση πειραματικού Cabernet Blanc
Το Cabernet Blanc είναι μια διασταύρωση του Cabernet Sauvignon με Riesling και Sylvaner. Επιλέχθηκε για την ανθεκτικότητά του στις ασθένειες και για την πολυπλοκότητα των κρασιών που παράγει.
2016
Πρώτη βράβευση σε διεθνή διαγωνισμό οίνου
Η συμμετοχή μας στους διεθνείς διαγωνισμούς μας δίνει την ευκαιρία να βελτιωνόμαστε διαρκώς. Πιο πρόσφατη βράβευση με χρυσό μετάλλιο στον διαγωνισμό λευκών κρασιών ``Le Mondial des Vins Blancs`` στο Στρασβούργο για τη Μαλαγουζιά και το Cabernet Blanc μας.
